Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all attendees have to be 18+ on or before the date of the events. IDs will be checked when you go through security upon entry to the event. 


Where/When is the event/What is included in my ticket?

Please visit the event's page for more information about the event and tickets. 


Something came up and I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please contact us and we will assist you with transferring your ticket to the next person on our waitlist if possible. Certain tickets are non-transferable (it will say so on the ticket page) and transfers are not guaranteed. The waitlist will only become available once tickets are sold out, so you will not be able to receive a refund until it becomes available and people sign up for it. Please note that the cut-off date for ticket transfers is one month out from the event. Do not try to sell your ticket without informing us, as it will prevent the new ticket holder from being able to retrieve their ticket at check in. 


What is the dress code?

All of our events have a formal dress code unless otherwise stated—Even though formal dress code sometimes calls for cocktail dresses, we ask that you wear floor length gowns and nice suits. Please refer to the event pages for event-specific dress codes. We reserve the right to turn guests away at the door if they don't adhere to the event's specific dress code. 


I don't have anyone to go with, can I go solo?

Absolutely! We create a ticket holder Discord for each event so you can make friends beforehand <3


Where do we find the photos and videos from the ball?

Please give our photographers at least 2-3 weeks after the event to sort through and edit all of their photos. We send out a google drive link with all of the photos from the ball once they're delivered to us! VIP portrait photos take about a month/month and a half to be sent out. We appreciate your patience!
